Peyman Group performs Industrial project designs as outlined:

    1)  Schematic Design:

The preferred alternative design will be developed and Peyman Group will identify appropriate design criteria, costs and existing conditions that affect the design and construction of the facilities. We will generate schematic building and site plans identifying new structures, renovations and site improvements.

    2)  Design Development:

Our design team will develop characteristic detailing, for the facility. The plans and drawings will be sufficiently detailed to define the construction of the building layouts.

    3)  Final design:

Peyman Group will finalize the design of various building systems through the investigation of alternative systems that are more energy or cost-efficient and that could be integrated into the project.

   We evaluate alternative HVAC systems for the new facilities.  For facility design we emphasize energy conservation to minimize annual HVAC costs by use of insulation, programmed thermostats, makeup air system and use of local unit heaters, spot heating by means of radiant panels or a combination of these methods.

   We design ducted vehicle exhaust fans for removing exhaust gases from inside the building.

   We provide Oil water separator design for the vehicle servicing and maintenance facilities.

   Sand interceptors will be provided on the drainage system for areas where vehicles will be washed.

    Compressed air system will be designed suitable for plant usage.

    Automatic or manual deluge systems with associated Fire detection systems will be designed in high hazard areas.  In addition, carbon dioxide or valve fire suppression systems will be designed in areas critical to the vehicle operating systems.
